“Lovely hot tub and seating area. Note front garden is enclosed but don’t let your dog loose in there if agile as will be over the wall. Hot tub area is not enclosed. The views are beautiful and paddocks and footpaths to walk. A lovely peaceful haven and base for the Staff/Derbys moors and peaks.”

“As three generational family holiday there was something for everyone. Well equipped family kitchen / eating area to sit and chat around enjoy good food, drinks and games. All 4 bedrooms are a good size. Can't fault a thing. Mike the owner/ neighbour so friendly and helpful the 3 grandson loved watching him in the forge. Mitch the dog his righthand helper was always pleased to see us. We had a fantastic week in the Peak District exploring everything we could locally, lots of walking , fun and laughter had by all all, thinks Mike for a very memorable uk holiday.”
